AUTHORIZATION TO USE PHOTOGRAPHS AND/OR AUDIO-VISUAL
By submitting this registration form, I hereby authorize the organizers of Legacy Event Planners to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs and/or video that may pertain to me–including my image, likeness and/or voice without compensation. I understand that this material may be used in various publications, public affairs releases, recruitment materials, broadcast public service advertising (PSAs) or for other related endeavors. This material may also appear on
the organization's or project sponsor's Internet Web Page. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my specific rescission of this authorization. Consequently, the organization or project sponsor maypublish materials, use my name, photograph, and/or make reference to me in any manner that the organization or project sponsor deems appropriate in order to promote/publicize service opportunities.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
By submitting this registrations form, you accept and understand the following: Legacy Scavenger Hunt Fundraiser 2013 takes place on Saturday, April 27, from 11am – 4pm in downtown Raleigh, NC; Payments are non-refundable unless the event itself is cancelled. In consideration of acceptance of the right to participate: Entrants, participants and spectators release and discharge Legacy Event Planners, all their representatives and anyone else connected with management and presentation of this event, from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant, participant or spectator to their personal property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, firms, person,
and bodies of any form from all liability occasioned from the conduct of any entrant, participant, or spectator, or under the direction of any entrant, participant or spectator.
