Glenwood South Monthly Markets

In coordination with the Glenwood South Merchant’s Association, Legacy Event Planners is excited to announce the start of Monthly Saturday Markets. The markets will feature vendors set up along North Street. The markets will run from 10am-3pm the last Saturday of each month.

By submiting this form you (‘Vendor’) and Legacy Event Planners hereby agree to the terms defined and all of the terms and conditions herein set forth (collectively, the ‘Agreement’):

1) Vendor will supply their own setup or display items for their booth (tables, chairs, clothing displays, etc.) unless otherwise determined between Vendor and Legacy Event Planners

2) Vendor hereby accepts full responsibility for booth, including but not limited to, all display materials, goods, etc at the Glenwood South Monthly Market. Neither Legacy Event Planners, nor Glenwood South Merchants Association, will be held liable in any way for personal injuries or loss or damage to merchandise or display.

3) Vendor understands that the vendor fee is non-refundable if accepted into the market.

4) Vendor agrees to hold Legacy Event Planners, and Glenwood South Merchants Association, harmless from any and all potential circumstances, including damage to merchandise or booth or lost sales, caused by cancellation of show due to weather, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances.

5) Vendor agrees to have booth set up by 9:30am and to break down booth no earlier than 3:00pm on the day of the market.

6) Vendor fully understand the event is rain or shine.

AUTHORIZATION TO USE PHOTOGRAPHS AND/OR AUDIO-VISUAL

By submitting this registration form, I hereby authorize the organizers of Legacy Event Planners to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs and/or video that may pertain to me–including my image, likeness and/or voice without compensation. I understand that this material may be used in various publications, public affairs releases, recruitment materials, broadcast public service advertising (PSAs) or for other related endeavors. This material may also appear on company's or project sponsor's Internet Web Page. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my specific rescission of this authorization. Consequently, the company or project sponsor maypublish materials, use my name, photograph, and/or make reference to me in any manner that the organization or project sponsor deems appropriate in order to promote/publicize service opportunities.
